As winter gives way to spring, nature begins a process of renewal. In the spirit of this seasonal change, the Ryoho Association is pleased to invite you to Spring Reset — a special day of yoga, food, discussion and community.
Join us on Sunday, 30 August 2026, at Crows Nest Community Centre, Pat Bruton Room, 2 Ernest Place, Crows Nest, for a day centred around the energy and qualities of the Wood Element and the traditional Ryoho approach to seasonal wellbeing.
Whether you are already part of the Ryoho community or are simply curious to learn more, this is an opportunity to come together, practise, share ideas and explore practical ways of supporting wellbeing through the spring season.
A Day of Movement, Learning & Connection
The day begins at 10:00am with arrival, meeting and greeting, followed by a welcome and an introduction to the Wood Element.
At 10:30am, James will lead us through a Spring Morning Yoga session, creating space to move, breathe and reconnect with the changing season.
Later in the morning, we will open the floor for a discussion on Ryoho Spring Wellness Protocols — an opportunity to share experiences and explore how Ryoho principles can be applied during this time of seasonal transition.
After a lunch break, Danielle will introduce food and cooking methods for Spring, offering practical ideas for bringing the qualities of the season into our everyday meals.
The afternoon continues with Spring Afternoon Yoga with Danielle, before we finish at 3:00pm.

And don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat.

There is no charge for Ryoho teacher members.
For non-teacher members, the cost is $35, while the cost for everyone else is $50.
Importantly, payment also includes Ryoho Association membership for the remainder of 2026, making this a wonderful opportunity to become more connected with the Association and its community.
